1. Who we are

SundayPlate is a Low GI meal planning tool available at sundayplate.app. We are an independent product. For questions about this policy, contact us at hello@sundayplate.app.

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• The date and time you signed up
• Your IP address (retained by our hosting provider, Vercel, for security purposes)

We do not collect your name, payment information, or any health data at the waitlist stage.

3. Why we collect it

• To notify you when SundayPlate launches
• To send you your personalised Low GI meal plan at launch
• To send occasional product updates (you can opt out at any time)

We will never sell your email address or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Who we share it with

We use the following services to operate SundayPlate:

• Supabase — stores your email address in a secure database
• Resend — sends transactional emails on our behalf
• Vercel — hosts the application and retains request logs

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and processes data only as needed to provide the service.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion. If you unsubscribe, your record is marked as unsubscribed and you will not receive further emails. You can request complete deletion at any time by emailing us at hello@sundayplate.app.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to measure page visits. This collects anonymous usage data (pages visited, country, device type) and does not use cookies or track individuals. No personally identifiable information is collected by our analytics.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product grows. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist members. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
